Appointments are always preferred, but we do our best to help any bride who walks in to the shop. Saturdays are our busiest days of the week and these appointments fill up fast, so try to schedule your weekend appointment at least 2-3 weeks ahead. If you are looking for a quiet appointment without a lot of hustle and bustle, consider coming in on a weekday.

We do not currently charge for regular appointments or cancellations. However, all appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate brides on our waiting list if you cannot keep your appointment. Please call us ASAP if you are running late or need to cancel your appointment.

We have more than 600 gowns in our boutique every day in sizes between 0 and 28. Most of our dresses are between a 10 and 16, as these are the most common sizes. We carry more than 150 gowns sizes 16-28.

Our appointments last 90 minutes. We try very hard to stay on schedule to respect the appointment of the bride following you. If we don’t have back-to-back appointments, we are happy to spend more time if you need.

You are welcome to bring a strapless bra and shapewear/bustier, but don’t worry about shoes. We have platforms you can stand on.

The most important thing? Leave your preconceptions at the door and come to your appointment with an open mind. Don’t worry about the dress sizes…they’re often very different from street clothes anyway. We’ll help you try on several styles that will fit your body, style and personality.

Wedding dress shopping is a LOT of fun but can be overwhelming with too many opinions in the room. Bring the family members and friends whose opinions matter most.

Perhaps most importantly, bring the people that MUST be there to help you make a decision. If you wait, the dress you love may be gone if you come back later!

We love children, but we do not allow them at appointments under the age of 10. This ensures the best use of your valuable time and is also respectful of other brides who are here for their appointments.  Not to mention the loose pins, needles, and other small objects that can be found in bridal salons that are safety hazards and are bound to cause worry.

Please eat before you come, as we don’t allow food in the boutique. You are always welcome to bring water, white wine and of course, CHAMPAGNE!

Yes! The day you say “YES!” to your dress will be one of the most memorable of your life. Plus, we love being a part of the wedding scrapbook and we’re happy to snap photos for you. Be sure to tag us in your social media!

No. Every single one of our wedding gowns is new.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also can help you set up a payment plan.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.  There are no exceptions.

Most wedding gowns need at least some alterations to ensure the ideal fit but of course will vary from dress to dress. Alterations are not included in the price of your wedding gown. We have a list of recommended seamstresses in our area that you can contact, or you may use your own seamstress.

Trunk shows are events that we frequently host on weekends where we highlight a specific designer’s collection.  Trunk shows are a great opportunity to see and try on a wider variety of that designer’s collection than what we normally have in the shop.  Special gifts and discounts are often offered during trunk shows.

We have sale gowns on the floor every day, but also run special sales throughout the year. These sales offer even larger discounts than normal.

If you select an in-stock dress, we ask for 1/3 of the price down, followed by monthly payments. Of course, if you pay for your dress in full, you are welcome to take it with you that day!

For dresses ordered from the designer, we require 50% down before the order can be placed. Once your order is submitted, no changes or cancellations are accepted. The remainder of your balance is required when the dress arrives.
